The outbreak of Foot and Mouth disease in a densely populated dairy producing area of the Eastern Cape caused major disruptions for the dairy processing and distribution networks. Dr Chimes will highlight some of the problems faced and measures that the dairy industry had to take to deal with the disruptions.
This really is a ‘not to be missed’ opportunity for members and our local farmers as well.
